Can ANYbody answer this: How do I sign up for a PTC account as an expat?

Hello myLotters, fellow money makers and PTCer's. Here's one for you. I have posed this exact question to virtually every ptc site I have wanted to join. It's simple really. I am a U.S. citizen. I have Argentine residency. I spend half the year in the U.S., the other half in Argentina. I have had acct. closures because I registered as a user from the U.S. (which I am), however, I registered while I was spending time at my home in Argentina. So??? Thoughts? I can't possibly be the only one! Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
