How to pick a healthy and good quality puppy???

I'm thinking to buy a golden retriever puppy in the near future from a local breeder. Can anyone suggest me how to pick a healthy and good quality puppy??? What should I consider when I buy a puppy??

I think I also can help you.I do part-time in Emperor Kennel now.At the day of my first visit to the kennel,our boss told us if our guests was looking for the hight-quality purebred breed dog,let them knew Emperor Kennel can meet their needs in two or three months,wherever they were.Make anyone of our guests satisfaction is our words!So I advice you to pick puppy there,I believe puppy the centre offer you must fit your needs.
