running-a regular habit?

Do you run daily? What are the advantages of doing so? Have you experienced any good thing by running daily? Can you keep on doing this daily?

i used to run daily when i was trying to shed some pounds but it didn't help me out much, exercise was the thing that helped me out, not running. but the effect varies from person to person. running/jogging is great to keep the cholesterol level balanced. it didn't helped me to lose weight, however it did make me feel a bit more active.
