Have seen many children refuse to eat vegetables, and my son simply refuses to eat meat but like vegetables. The doctor said:You'd let him eat some meat, otherwise the resistance of the poor!Is there any way to allow the child to be willing to eat meat?

hi! if possible, combine meat strips to his favorite vegetable dishes. cut it into shapes of the vegetables. this way your son can eat a little meat while having his vegetables. make sure the meat strips is very tender so that he wouldn't know the difference when he chewed on his vegies. also introduce him to fish. fish has a softer texture that can easily be chewed and digested, good for kids. and it is also rich in protein like any meat. goodluck! :)

hehe i do hope he learns about the food pyramid then, the benefits of having a little meat on his diet. do some reading sessions on food so he would learn more about the food that he's eating. :)

Oh,he will not read this books. No matter what I say,he is not eating, and even not let me buy...My niece is a must eat meat every meal,or even refuse to eat anything. Why does my son just the opposite with her? If he is healthy,so I do not worry.Every spring,it is time for out of his time in the hospital.

When he was a little kid,we can package some dumplings to let him eat a little meat, but now he does not eat the dumplings. As long as there is meat dishes to see,he would be very happy, and want me not buy meat! He does not like eating meat, but I like it! :-(

If he's really that set against eating meat then I wouldnt force him to...it could (and most likely is) just be a phase but even if it isnt, not eating meat wont hurt him since he'll get hwat he needs from other sources in his diet...

There is no need to eat meat! If you just can get him to eat other things that gives him protein he'll be fine. There are tons of vegetarians around the world and there are great sites that will tell you what to eat to get enough of everything. Good luck!
