Nomincashout doesn't pay?

I am a member of this website. I got my first payment which is about USD0.10 and my second payment USD3.00 seems to be paid for me on May 16th if this website is not a scam. I don't know that we have to pay USD1.99 a month so that we can cashout. Of course it is very unreasonable. I will see how it will be on May 16th. If it doesn't pay for me, then I will know it's a scam. I love China

Hi,friend,i am a member of Nomincashout,i made a resquest for payment since 15th April.it shows i will be paid at 15th May, it is my second paymnent is $3.17.now my third payment is $5 but i couldn't make the third resqust cause i sitll don't get second payment.i am not sure about your question too.but i want they don't become scam.good luck to us

no nomincashout is a honest site i dont know about present but earlier it had paid me earlier many people have been paid by this site yes the site took a lot of time to pay me but yes i got paid and thats the point.i think you should wait a bit and then for sure you will get paid.all the best

You will wait some more time.I received the payment late so that I don't think the site can pay.

I also awaiting for their payout. I can't say if they are scam or not until i proof it myself. I must wait until the beginning of next month to ensuring whether it's a scam or not. Recently there's alot of discussions said that nomincashout become a scam here. But some people doubted about it since they still got their payout. All we can do now is only wait and see. With these sites, you should wait about 6 weeks and then if the payment doesn't come, you could call it a scam.
