do you cry?

Do you cry fully while you are feeling sad or you just hold the sadness in your heart?
I cry when i feel very much sad..I will be refreshed a lot by doing so..What about your opinion?

Of course, everyone cries just some people are too wimpy to admit it! I don't cry over nothing or petty things. I cry about the things that bother me deeply or really hurt my feelings. I have been through alot and one thing that makes me cry often is going through life without my mom. She passed when I was 23 (28 now) and it is really hard without her!

yes i cry when i am sad and cry sometime when i am watching tv, and i know it is not real but i still cry.i also cry when i am happy. i don't care if people know i cry either.
