My daily activities did not change... The same goes for the rest of the family. We would still eat pork despite the so-called outbreak of the H1N1 virus because the WHO claims that the virus cannot be transmitted by merely eating pork. However, in our family, it has been months since we had pork on the table because my mom, brother, and I are all on a diet so we're into seafood and veggies. One activity that I personally am not doing is traveling -- well, it's not a daily activity, but whatever out-of-town trips I have planned won't push through for the time being. As for my country, I think our government has prepared for this situation. They have become strict in our airports. Thermal Scanners have been installed and if these scanners show something not normal with a person's temperature, that person is immediately brought to a hospital where he or she will be observed. Our country also has meds for the said virus. And what's important is that we are well-informed about the virus. Government and Health Officials are maximizing the tri-media to make sure that people from all walks of life are aware of what's happening around the globe and what threat this virus poses.

I'm happy with the efforts that my government's been doing. If something happens (knock on wood), people would know what to do or at the very least, they know where to go.
