How do you get your husband to help out around the house?

I don't have a problem getting my husband to help out, after all he lives her too. I don't expect him to do the laundry, but at least carry the basket to the laundry room. We have 2 1/2 baths, but only use 2, so he gets to clean one of them. He does alot of the cooking. We have hardwood floors so he takes care of them and I run the vac. I think he does a good job...what about your husband/boyfriend? Do they help?

As a SAHM I do most of the things around the house, he does do his own laundry and helps out a great deal with the children. He does bath time and bed time every night. If I worked I am sure he would do more, but seeing how I do not work and have the time I try to do the bulk of the housework.

Now don't laugh, but I honestly don't know what SAHM means..I'm old!!! Not up on all the letters except LOL!! There are things I don't want my husband to do...like do the laundry...I'm sure we would have all pink socks if he did it!

Stay at Home mom and my husband does his own laundry because he is OCD and thinks I will do it wrong. I let him think that.
