This discussion actually made me think of something that was said to me either before or after our wedding by my husband's mother. She said that now he is my responsibility lol. While I have taken over packing his lunch, and doing some of the laundry, she still does some of our laundry. Really, and admittedly so, I am rather lazy but am trying to work on that. I just thought this was a funny and cute discussion.

I think of the clothes hamper, the washer and the dryer as kryptonite to my husband. For if he ever came close to any of them, he feels he will surely explode or something...LOL! I have come to terms with the "fine print" of my wedding vows...knowing that I am the one who washes, dries, folds and hangs our clothing...all I ask is that he come closer to the hamper than the 1/2" that he drops his clothing at. Cute discussion!

I am so thankful that my husband is so anal and OCD about his laundry, he does his own. He tells everyone he does his own because I have so much to do already with my laundry and the kids that he does not want to burden me, but really he knows I will dry his boxer shorts. yes I said that, he hangs even his boxers to dry. Drives me up the freaking wall. But hey at least I do not have to wash and fold them.. so why am I complaining.
