irritating!

Hi mylotters i just want to share this because i also need to get this out of my head hahaha.. i have this co-worker, actually she has a position here in the office and she is irritating! its like she needs to know what is everyone doing!
I am not really under her supervision but then she would often comes here in our department and tries to snoop and would make gossips! its like she is one crazy woman hahahaha if we have something new here in the department she would make a fuss about it in their office, and she wouls s*ck on our Big boss.. tsk tsk
i wonder why there are people like that! Have you encountered people like her? its like when she is around i cannot move, because one move might give her ideas to create and gossip about. and she does notice what we wear! if we wear too much make up she would comment about and if she would see us in nice clothes she would comment about it and the next day she would wear a better one and its like she is going to parties all the time. its a laugh really when you see her trying so hard but then she is getting into our nerves because we cannot do anything about it because she is one of the pioneering employees here.
Have you met people like her? or i guess she is the only one like that?

Did you know that a place will never be a normal place without that kind of person. She belongs to the great kingdom of people with mental problem, sorry that I write this, that person you said are in severe case of mental problem with no medication LOL. It is an addiction, did you see her day will never be complete without gossip. She is sick and unfortunately a large knock-out punch is the only cure to that. Do your own thing, don't bother to face her , there is karma. Let karma works for her. Have a nice day!

oh yes i know what you mean, a good knock out punch would be necessary hahahha but then i also believe in karma..so i am just waiting for that to work, it may take time but then it will come when the time is really right.

yep i had a few like that in my previous job, i was one of the managers and i had the odd few employees come in and look at what i was doing, asking me what i was doing. Wanting to know what i wa up to and why i was doing it. The thing that made me most angry about it is the fact they had no right to ask me what i was doing i should be asking them what they were doing and why they were not working. I think it was due to the fact that the person that kept coming in was like twice my age and had been there longer than me.

Start flattering her and she will enjoy it and stop gossiping about and irritating you,at least.This type of people cannot be avoided and we have to survive with them.So,change your attitude and feel free now after.Cheers!

First think more about that is you are irritating from your co worker or you are irritating from your own work. Try to find out similarity between you and him to mange good relationship.

hahaha! I made me laugh. Funny that is but unfortunately she is not one of her kind, we have many people like her around. In family, acquaintances, office, school, they seem to be everywhere. Even i once had a teacher and she was exactly like that. Commenting on everyone. I guess she has inferiority complex about herself, that's why such people always try to find faults in others, it somehow satisfies them. And unluckily she and I are the members of the same club now, so i get to see her everyday. She take a deep look from my head to toes, whenever we meet, noticing everything i am wearing to gossip about it laters :p Weirdos.

oh yes weirdo!! hahahah and you got it right, i was looking for the right word to describe how she is..well you got it she has inferiority complex and it is pretty severe. she would like dress up like she's going to the party or something which is crazy. really crazy.

oh my dear jazel_juan, what have in your office or department not already an issue because any offices there's that kind of personality that an a certain employee will
possess.
I have also an officemate a woman older than me but i am senior than her in my office
as am already a pioneer in our department and this co-worker is somewhat new...she is always pretencious as if she knows everything & keep on giving nice words & phrases to my boss as she would get much attention...as she will be liked by our boss so that she get promoted...and i cannot really describe her personality.

I have encountered people like that. I have learned, however, that if I continue to be bothered with that kind of person, I will only end up in the losing end. So, I have learned to tune out those kind of people. I only hope that you have intelligent office mates and boss so as not to believe the intrigues that come out from her mouth.

too bad some officemates here are scared of her because she s*cks up pretty good with the Big boss..she can turn stories around and people see her as the victim!!which is irritating, one day someone really should stand up to her. but i just keep out of her way

irritating co-worers. if you remain conscious of this fact along with the other employees its time you got together and start complaining to your ultimate boss or
to the company owner. however, you must all do this together and arrange a hearing
between the company officers, the irritating co-worker, and the rest of the employees to express your objections regarding her actions and the problems she
apparently is causing. this should have a profound effect on her behavior habits
and cause her to mellow out in a more positive way, to where you'll be able to tolerate her.

thanks, but then the weird and irritating thing is that she has this hold over our boss that we cannot do something, plus the fact that i am new here..so just stay away from her

yes i have met people like that. and i it really irritates me too. i think your co-worker got problems at home and she can put out her stress in work because she got a position in the company. just do what are you doin right now and ignore her.

Hi jazel, u potition like as me hahaha, but im not in office but in my home. im stay in my husdband`s family home. And i hate some people (he old 33 years) in this home, cos he like as child, selfish, arogant etc.
I dont want talk to him and dont want talk so much, cos if u make him angry, he always talk report to my husband`s mam like child so irritating.
So i never want talk with him, dont want eat something from him, dont want accept something from him, dont want help him if he got problem hahaha.. I always ignore him in my life. Really suck man!
