Moms, what did you receive for Mothers Day?

Hello and Happy Mothers Day to all the Mommy Mylotters! What did you receive? Actually, all I received were Happy Mothers Day wishes from all of my children and my husband. My daughter did give me a positive pregnancy test letting me know she is expecting my 3rd grandchild. But other than that, no gifts. I am happy just knowing my children are happy and healthy individuals, but I know some people really put an emphasis on gifts and the such. Are you happy with what you did or did not receive?

My kids both gave me gifts that they made. My son gave me a card and a paper rose he made at school. My daughter baked me a pie at her grandmas and made me a coupon book with coupons like One free dog walk, one hour of silence, One day of the kids doing house work and so on. It was really cute. My kids and boyfriend also made dinner and the kids did the dishes without being asked. They also gave me a planter of flowers. I loved it all, the best gifts are the ones the kids make themselves.

I received flowers from my husband, perfume from my 2 daughters, and a new cellphone bluetooth from my stepdaughter. They all give me mother's day cards too. I was actually expecting gifts whether I like it or not because my family is like that. They won't let Mother's day go by without getting me anything. I would have been glad all the same by just having all of them around me. Happy mother's day to you :)

My kids are giving me a new flower bed, complete with lilacs, mums, and sweet williams, have to wait a couple of weeks though to be sure it won't frost again

sad to say nothing, but i am not expecting anything because Mother's day is not really that celebrated here, yes people do know about it but some people are not really expressive here...so they do not do anything about it, but i was able to relax yesterday though

I did not get any gift from my son because he is too young to understand the mother's day.He is just 1.25 years old.
I gave my mother a dress which she had seen in a shop.She liked the gift very much.
