How do you spend a quality family time?

Before the school year starts, we we're planning to have a family time together. knowing that when school starts there will be less time that we can be together. My delimna right now is - how can we spend a quality time together? I've been thinking of spending two days away from home - probably rent a cottage by the sea, and spend some time there. Just loafing and maybe soaking ourselves together in the sun and sand. And in the evening, having campfire and doing stargazing. Or maybe the less expensive one, just staying at home - i'll be cooking their favorite meals and maybe hand them down some desserts while they're watching their favorite movies....and me, enjoying doing myLot discussions..hmmmnnn.. In the evening, just be together sharing pizza and sodas.. Any better idea?
