Honey water is good drink. The other day, when I had a sore throat, I drank a lot of honey water with lemon juice. It seemed help a lot as both are cooling food according to the chinese medication, which is esp good during summer.

I like honey, that are sweet! lol... To be hoest, i don't like honey water, if not that people say it's good for our health. I will rather drink tea. But i know it's good for digesting, so i drink it. Looks like i have no choice.

Hi youless, I like to take filter water with a couple of teaspoons of honey added to it. I usually will stir another t-spoon of apple cider to it. I like beverage with taste of a bit sour and sweet.
There is no more honey left in my kitchen for quite some time. I find difficulty to get genuine and good quality honey from the hypermarket. I love the pure honey which is available in the honey farm and the price is comparatively higher of course.
Thanks for this topic, for it reminds me to get a brand new one to keep my skin healthy
Happy posting!

Morning, youless. I usually drink either tea or plain water. It is good to drink some honey water, but I seldom drink it. I bought two bottles of honey months back, but have not consumed it yet. After reading this discussion of yours, I think that I must drink it every day so that it won't be wasted and expired. Have a good day, youless.

Really? I did not know about it. So there is no need to worry about it being expired. Thank you for the information.

How do you make honey water? Do you serve it cold or warm? I have never tried it. I do find mint water interesting. It's plain water with a cut mint plant in it - it's served in pitcher and the mint plant is served in it. It's refreshing and since it isn't sweet like how I assume honey water tastes like, it wouldn't leave you actually looking for plain water :P
Thanks for the response on my discussion!

Hi,youless,I like honey water very much.It is commonly accepted that honey + water drink is good to our health.I always hava a cup of honey water just before going to sleep.Scientific research have shown that honey is far superior to conventional antibiotics in treating infections and without the negtive effcts associated antibiotic use.In addition,we should use warm water to dilute the honey instead of boiling water which can destroy the nutritious ingredient in honey.Have a nice day and happy mylotting1

Honey water is good for the inside and is an acuired taste. When i first tried it it was horrid but you soon get used to it.
Add half a lemon and lime to it and you will love it, its like a detox and you wont get sick as its full of goodness.
Honey water is a + for anyone..
