Blood transfusion, to me is a positive measure taken by medical practitioners to save life. But some religions has totally condemned this act. Saying that it's wrong to accept or donate blood to any human. What's your own view about blood transfusion?

As i know, there is a religion whose condemned that act. But still, donating our blood to someone that we could possibly save their life i think it is a holy act because that is the same thing as giving our life for someone to live... Don't you think it's good thing?

I really don't think blood transfusions are a good thing. These days blood is not screened like it should be and you could possibly get anything from blood. I think that if God brings you down to needing that, its meant to be, what comes next is his will....

Well, as far as I know blood is properly screened before transfusion is done. Thanks for your response.

Blood transfusion is vital for many persons. I believe that this measure should be encouraged. i really admire those who donate blood because with their kind generosity they save many people's lives. I absolutely dont agree that this is an act to condemned but its just a way to help others and it should be appreciated but of course anyone has his own opinion regarding this matter.
