What will you say to a guy who changes girlfriends like changing clothes?

What will you say, really? Do you know someone like this? Personally? A character in a movie? A fictional character? What would you actually tell him? It doesn't need to be nice, but it can be. It doesn't have to be rude, too...yet it still can be. Would you consider his emotional baggage (something that happens from his past, though)an excuse to why he's doing it? Or would you not?

my older brother is like that , his saying is find them f*ck them then forget them, hes been like that sence he was yonger he is never with someone for very long , there is no reason for him do it he just likes to have lots of woman.
