Will the 3rd Front Exist after May-16th?

After the recent events such as CPM making a statement that they would consider abput the possibilities in forming a coalition government with the ruling Congress and TRS, Nitish Kumar turning their sides in favour of the BJP led NDA. With all these developments, I do not think that the 3rd front will exist after the elections are over. The Post-poll scenario is going to witness a huge dramas and Hype which none of the preceded elections would have expected so far. If the Left parties support the UPA, it is highly unlikely that all the other parties that are affliated with the leftisits would be supporting the Congress led UPA coalition. For example, in Tamil Nadu the AIADMK and Congress coalition partner DMK are rival parties. AIADMK is tied up with the Leftists 3rd front and it is completely impossible for the AIADMK to extend their support to the ruling UPA since DMK is already a coalition partner of UPA and if AIADMK ties up with UPA then DMK must be snapped from UPA which is also not possible. The same situation applies for TDP and Praja Rajyam party in Andhra Pradesh too. Hence my strong view is that the 3rd Front is just a temporary political set up and it would soon be dissolved once the Elections are over as the Nation is heading towards its final and 5th phase of Voting that is going to take place on May-13 2009 and the counting is scheduled to take place on May 16th -2009.

Yes we have come to know about the results now. The third front have been disintegrated and nothing is left now. 3rd front is a doomed front and this is a fitting lesson for those opportunists. Communists have learnt a very good lesson and its high time they resort to sensible and people friendly means. If Congress surrenders our Country to America then these group of Selfish Communist oppurtunists surrender our country to China. Communists are one of the biggest ever threats to the Indian democracy and its high time they are wiped off from our society. Although I am not much impressed with this Election results-09 but I am happy that communists have been cornered atlast and even forces like Nitish and Lalu are silenced and cornered. But India is definitely not under the safe hands now.

There is a famous political writer in Tamil Nadu named CHO. Ramamswamy. He runs a Magazine called Tuglak which is a very popular magazine on politics out here. THis was his statement and i completely agree on it "IF LEFT HAS A FUTURE IN INDIA THEN THERE IS NO FUTURE LEFT FOR INDIA". Left be booted out of the country and thats the only way we can be a better country!

For sure third front will not be together after the elections are over, all allies will play there own balls and there decision to support any body will not depend on which of there other third front allies are supporting which party. They just can't be together, communists will most probably support congress.. and it will be not possible for Mayawati to do so, if S.P too supports congress, same case is with Jayalalita... as her rival is with congress. TRS has already joined N.D.A, nothing clear with T.D.P.. ya this third front is just for name.

Vipin you are absolutely right. And i don think TDP will support congress because TDP and congress are oppsoing parties in andhra Pradesh. Why do you think left split up with congress on the eve of elections, the reason is left cannot get into any sort of alliance or seat sharing agreement with congress in the states of Kerala and WB and hence left has to go alone in those two regions in order to stamp their supremacy in these two regions, hence the drama of split up. Once the results are out. Left re aligns with congress and the third front goes for a big spin with many small party MP's open for poachin!
