On this website, beside everyone's username there is a number in parentheses, my number is (107). What does this number mean? If you can help me with this answer, please respond. Thank you in advance.

It is called your User Rating and is more or less equivalent to the number of posts you have made (discussions without any responses are not counted and responses and comments other than the first of each in any discussion are also not counted).
