I attended the Pag-IBIG seminar this weekend. I'm planning to get a loan so I can invest on a land. I expected the seminar to be a waste of time. I thought that all I needed to know could be found in the online documents and though they presented exactly the same material, the explanation made by the presented made everything clearer and I am more confident about getting a loan. Schedule and requirements and important details in: http://is.gd/z626 Have you ever attended the Pag-IBIG seminar? Have you ever applied for a loan? What was it for? Have you paid it in full already?

Wow, good for you. Where did you learn about the seminar? I also want to know about loaning thru Pag-IBIG because my hubby and I want to buy our own house and lot. We'd like to buy a house or just a lot that we can pay thru Pag-IBIG. I'll check out the link you gave. Thanks!

I learned about the seminar from a real estate agent who suggested that I go attend the seminar because I wanted to apply for the loan. He said that attending that seminar is a requirement for applying for a Pag-IBIG loan.

Hi Oyenkai! Thanks so much for this! It was really very helpful especially for people like me who know nothing about making housing loans. Now, I know that there are seminars to help me understand about how PAG-IBIG operates. Good luck on your new investment!

hi there :) yes i've attended a PAG-IBIG Seminar, it's a requirement actually but am thinking not to attend too(like your perceptioon LOL the procedure is still the samei but yes it's true the staff will make it clear and of course if you have questions in mind you can interact directly ) 'm glad that in this young age i invested (we together with hubby a low-cost housing/townhouse) this june am starting to pay monthly for my PAG-IBIG LOAN actually the developer and PAG-IBIG have the arrangements regarding the payment and i chose 30 years to pay for that loan. good thing you have in mind to invest for a land, ;) good luck! happy myLotting!:) Godabless!0=)

I have never attended a Pag-IBIG seminar before... mainly because i haven't applied for any house loans... and right now... i am not qualified since it has been years since i last made a contribution... but if i desperately need a house loan... i can always pay the 24 months needed... but i don't think that will happen in the near future...

hi oyenkai. i never attended a PAGIBIG seminar yet but i do plan on going to one. yes i do have plans of getting a loan within the year but have not yet decided if i'll be getting a PAGIBIG loan or a SSS loan. i'm still undecided what i'll do with my loan but most probably i'll invest it in my business. although, i'll set aside a small portion of it for myself. lol!!! anyway, i think i'm more inclined in getting a SSS loan since my dad is with SSS so getting my documents processed will be easier. i do think that i can qualify already for the maximum loan amount in SSS but i know that the maximum loan amount in PAGIBIG is higher so that's an option i want to look into. thanks for providing the link and i do hope that when you do apply for a PAGIBIG loan, it'll be approved. cheers!!!

Hi oyenki, Thanks for sharing. I was just thinking of attending the Pag-ibig seminar. Thanks for mentioning that there is a weekend Seminar. I know that we have priveleges as member of the PAG-IBIG but I am not really familiar with it. At least I know now the first thing to have my own house. Cheers!

I haven't attended a Pag-ibig seminar but i'm planning to attend one very soon. My wife and I are actually planning of getting a housing loan so I guess it's high time for us to put into use what we are paying for every month. I think we tend to think that these seminars are useless, but it actually is a lot better than just looking over the internet for info because you can personally ask questions and hear directly from a resource person. As a married couple of 3years, it will, hopefully our first loan and one of the most important one because it will be our first house.

Hello, that will really benefit you since you are planning to have a housing loan. I really wanted to attend this seminar but having problems with my location. Anyway, I will look on the site that you have provided for the schedule and the nearest pag-ibig office in our area. If you had attended it already I hope you can also share about some insights about their seminar. Have a nice day!
