How to handle a boss who is stingy in information sharing

People who already started to work will understand that we will meet with various kind of people in working environment but for me the worse case will be working with a boss who is stingy in information sharing and didnt guide you at all (very rude sometimes)especially i am a fresh graduate.If you were me,how will you handle this situation?
