In the sentence "We can all get swept up in the euphoria of a creative moment, or what former president Richard Nixon's speechwriters used to call "the lift of a dream"., what's "get swept up", "creative moment",and "the lift of a dream"?

swept up-gathered,or caught in the momentum of something. creative moment-fancy way of saying a good plan in the works or an idea lift of a dream-kind of like..a wind,how it holds something aloft,like a bird.
