What's the normal processor temperature?

Please help me out-I just would like to know what's the normal processor temperature? I am using a P4 processor

full main memory used-40 degrees Idle - 35 degrees heavy application loaded-more than 40!! U can set it lower if u have a cpu cool software for your bios!!
