CMOS Checksum Error

hello guy's I am rally angry with my CMOS problem. As I boot my pc, I always get this CMOS error. Is this an indication to replace the CMOS battery? I keep getting this error when I disable the AVR, If I don't then error comes in numbers. Any other possible problems that i am not able to detect? Please help me in this problem your suggestion will be appreciated

Well, your CMOS battery really needs replacement, It's a common problem on older motherboads. You may check also your BIOS Setup, you might miss something there too....
