Do you prefer a hard bound book to a paper bag or vice versa?

Books are available in two types of covering. Hard bounds which are more expensive and Paper bag or soft cover which are naturally cheaper. I personally prefer hardbound books but then buy the paper bag because those I can afford.
What do you prefer -- hard bound or paperbag?

as such soft cover books are easy to read.if my favorite writers book is available in hard cover for a cheaper price i do not mind buying it.i like buy all the books of a writer i like.we went mumbai last sunday there we found lots books i like,we bought 18 books.i had to restrain my daughter after we bought 18 books, saying that we will look around some more if u find something u like we should have money to buy that, she came across two three tops she wanted to buy.i will go on shopping spree for books,if only i have unlimited amount of money for books and space to keep i would go on buying.

Do you mean the Paper backs?I don't mind the fictions in paper backs as long as the print quality and the paper is good. And it is reasonable priced too.You can buy many books of your choice. But when it comes to some books of knowledge and epics I like to go for the hard bound ones. And I always think that they are very precious and forever

I prefer the softcover paperback books, they seem to not have the binding or spine of the book fall apart as fast and they tend to be smaller therefore more easier to just throw in a purse, bag or briefcase and go. I have used and bought both types but I like the paperback best.
