Dumb has no enemy--Do you believe ?

There is a saying a dumb has no enemy. That means who remains silent has no enemy.To remain silent is a good policy.But practically it does not work.If anybody remains silent and does not comment then others think that person is very proud y and has some intentions.So in any way you can't shut others mouth. Do you agree ?

I don't think that dumb has no enemy. Although someone is dumb, but if he has bad attitude in his environment and society, i believe that other people will hate him. Silent is good. In some case, sometimes we'd better keep silent for our own good. So i think being a silent person is strongly depend with the situation. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.
