Daily devotion 12 may 2009

Scripture - John 16:23
"In that day you will no longer ask Me anything. I tell you the truth, My Father will ask you whatever you will ask in My Name.'
In vers 22 Jesus said that he will come again and our hearts will be glad. Here in verse 23 He said that in that day we shall ask nothing of Him. Our joy will be complete because the end of the srtuggle has come, we will be with Jesus and enter His eternal peace.
In that day we shall need nothing more. We will experience eternal rest from worldly struggles. I n that day we will not have to pray for strength and wisdom any more. We will have everything we shall ever need, the precence of the Almighty.
May you be blessed with the hope that we have that never fails, the hope in Jesus and His return.

The date is not important, it is just the day that the devotion was posted. I post a daily devotion everyday.
It's not about the date, its abot the message. I put the date so that I do not post a discusion everyday with the same topic.
