service centres....they are getting on my nerves

Well today I got back my DVD writer from the service center...It had some problems with writing and took almost one hour to write one single DVD..And now its taking more than one hour...Last month it was my mobile..they said everything was ok and from the next day itself it started getting swithed off frequently...this is really annoying...Have you guys have such experiences...

i havent no but are your items insured because if they are claim from the insurers as it cannot be cheap to get them repaired!! i know you will lose your no claims bonus but it might be worth it, either that or see if you can find cheap alternatives on ebay!!
