im lossing weight!!!

few, months ago, my one of my friend told me to try a diet pills.. it works for me..i love it..plus i make myself busy exercise..early in the morning i make some warm up before i take a shower..and i never sit down after i eat my meals, and we eat dinner earlier so after dinner i make some exercise for 1 hr. enough for me to burn calories...i discipline my self to have a healthy lifestyle..when i weight my self and i loose weight already..how about you guys how do you maintain a healthy lifestyle?

I am anxiously waiting for my diet pills to arrive in the mail. I have gained weight that I didn't need to gain since starting the Depoprovera shots. I am hoping that the pills I ordered, SlimQuick Extreme, will be just the nudge I need to lose weight and keep it off. By the time I get home from work, I am way too tired to exercise. Maybe I need to force myself.

i think its the best thing to do some xercise too..diet pills alone cannot work without exercising..have a nice day

You have to watch being on those diet pills, they may work for you, but you also have to change your eating habits and get more exercise in your day. If you ever happen to stop taking them, the weight you lost will slowly creep back unless you know how to keep it off by your diet and exercise, believe me I know, its happened to me before. I have taking slimquick extreme they made me shakey and anious so i sold the rest on ebay for someone else to use. Every pill works differently for different people, so good luck.

That's a great news for you. The health is a priceless treasure. I go to work and go home on foot everyday. I regard it as my daily exercise. Besides, I try to avoid the soda water and I drink water or something natural. I hope I will have a good health. I love China

I actually thought about moving to the city before I started working at home just so I could be closer to work. Right now, I live out in the country. I think it is wonderful that you are not only getting exercise, but are helping the environment by not driving a car to and from work everyday.

Congrats marketing, I’m really glad to learn that you have reduced the excessive weight successfully recently. Yeah, I believe taking only the diet pills won’t help you much in losing weight. I admire you for you could keep on having regular exercise persistently daily. Right, the most important part to keep our body healthy and fit is to discipline ourselves to have healthy lifestyle. especially to refrain ourselves from eating and drinking too much whenever come across our favorite foods and beverages. I try to have at least 35 minutes of jogging or brisk stroll in the evening daily. I do another 15 minutes of shadowboxing in the morning as well to keep myself fit and healthy. I still have to discipline myself not to take delicious food heartily Happy posting and take care.

hey there congratulations on your weight lost. make sure you successfully keep on the work out and that its not a temporary thing. for me i do not diet. i just exercise. every morning i get up at 5am and jog 3 laps in my neighborhood i get home and fix breakfast for me and my daughter, drop my daughter of at school and go to work. i always use the stairs at work and i walk as much as possible. the bus sends my daughter home and when i get home in the evening i will take a quick jog and prepare dinner. after dinner i do some warm downs, help my daughter with her homework do my work and then its off to bed. i rarely watch TV and i think im doing quite well.

hi..berry, yes youre right..since i was diagnose with fatty liver and having a spinal disk i tried to displine myself to make sure that i can have a healthy lifestyle..thanks..

Congrats to you! That's awesome. What pills are you taking? I've never gone the pill route. I myself just finished reading "I Can Make You Thin" by Paul McKenna. It is all about eating just until you're satisfied. So far I'm doing really well. It has been a nice change in my lifestyle and I've lost about 5lbs so far.

wow... congratulations to you! good work! before i have tried diet pills, but after drinking 6 capsules (3 days), i noticed that the lump in my throat got a little bit bigger, so i stopped drinking it, and now im afraid to try any diet pills. im drinking biguerlai though, it's a slimming tea. keeps me control my weight. im having a hard time losing weight because of my low metabolism caused by hypothyroidism. and even if i exercise, i get few good results. so sometimes i exercise sometimes i dont. but i control my eating habits. congrats to you again.

Congratulations on your weight loss, I need to get my hindend back in gear and get back on the diet wagon again especially before it gets to hot to get out and walk and exercise. I have taken many diet pills before but T-lites were my favorite. They were the ones I lost 75 pounds with last year.

I tried diet pills and they only got the first pound lost. The rest of the time I had to do exercise and lots of walking. I eat lots of salad, and have cut down on the bread, but I think the main reason is the walking. It seems that just reducing food does not help. And I find that when I cut down on white bread I will lose some more.

Wow! Congratulations to you! That is nice that you are now loosing your weight. Before I went into a gym so I can stay fit. But now, for almost a year I already stop doing it. Yet, I have plans to go back into loosing weight but I don't like the idea of taking diet pills. I still want to take the natural way through exercise and eating with diet.

Well done to you - you should be very proud of yourself! I am also trying to better my life & lose some weight...I am using Herbalife products, exercising and eating healthier. It is working very well for me and in the last 6 months I have lost 10kg and over 70cms off my body!

In my opinion , lossing the weight maybe is a unremitting program ,you need to treat it as one part of you life ,then do it everyday ,such as restraint of your appetites ,do much exercise ,do not eat too fast ,list a diet menu so so ,i think the diet pills are unsuitable ,it's worthless to our healthy ,how do you think ?
