Yuwie paid to socialize

I recently came across this site yuwie where you can post blogs, add friends and socialize. It says you can make money and there metmhod of payment is through paypal and you have to fill out a tax form for taxes. I want to make money from this but like everything else it seems too good and easy to be true. There is slot of ads on yuwie I want to make money as much as the next person. I want to know if it is a scam or the real thing. I would appricate any imput and expeiences with yuwie. I really don't want to be scammed. I am always about making money but in a good and honest way. So if anyone has ever worked or used yuwie please tell ms if it is legit.
