So, if you are a minority, and work for a company which is dominated by Whites. What are the chances for you to get promoted out of all the white employees work there? It is 0 to 1%. No other reason, because you are minority. From my past 4 years experience working for this medical instrument company. My supervisor is white, and he would more likely to hire white employees as permanent who can't do nothing literally. For minority, you must kiss his b*tt really good to get him to like you. That is reality we are living here. Equal opportunity employment is easy to say, hard for everyone to do. Nonetheless, we are so different in the appearance.
