I know this sound very wierd, but this past weekend I was able to try some different mexican foods at a soccer tournament. One of the foods I tried was a snack. the best way to describe it is it looked like slightly curled pieces of styrofoam that was kinda pink to orange in color. The snack was a plastic bag and the lady squeezed lime juice and salt over it and shook up the bag. It was so good I have been wanting to find out if I can get some local but I don't remember what it was called! I am hoping someone can help me figure it out because I would love to have some more. Does this sound somewhat familiar to anyone? Can you help me?

I live in Mexico and eat this all the time. Unfortunately I don't know what it is called. Here we have vendors that just walk around and sell them. I promise that next time I buy them I will ask the name of it for you. They are really yummy, here they squeeze lime juice and sprinkle with a chile powder, not hot, just a little spicy.

Oh Please do find out the name!!!! I still have about 5 pieces left in my bag. I don't want to eat them until I am sure I can get some more. I did buy them from a vendor who was set up at the Soccer Match. Most of these people were from other countries so I imagine the vendors I bought from were possibly from Mexico. I can only hope that I if I can't find some local maybe I can order them online. Thanks for even knowing what I am talking about because I did not know how to describe it!
