I would suggest very hot chicken soup and rest. The body knows how to repair itself if allowed to do so. Cheers!!

Hi. I had sinus congestion too and now my problems are vanished because I have found a remedy for my ailment. At first I was skeptical because all the other medicines only gave me temporary relief. I used to take oral tablets from the registered clinic but it only stopped my running nose for 4 hours. When the effect of the medicine is gone, my nose was running and itching really bad. One day, I went to town and met with a book store keeper. She recommended to me a product called Melilea Greenfield Organic which is a type of drinking supplement. It contains a lot of fiber and it is good for toxin removal, bladder and colon cleansing. I took it and found out it healed my fatigue. I was no longer tired all day and dragging my feet to walk. I am mostly fresh and excited to do many things. I wake up in the morning feeling good and ready to face the world. Then she introduced another product which is also under the brand of Melilea but this is called Melilea Progene. This is in the form of tablet and I just have to consume one tablet per day. This tablet is for the sinus problem and it doesn not only cure my sinus but it made my skin glow. In the morning I no longer sneeze and scratch my nose. I breathe more easily. My skin allergies are gone. Now I can cook and wash dishes happily. No more itches on my fingers due to contact with dishwashing soap, oil, salt and many other things which I used to be allergic to. If you want to know further, please drop me a message.

I get sinus infections all the time, and for me, only antibiotics work. However, one time when I was just having a flare up that seemed more like a cold, I tried Mucinex to get rid of the symptoms and it WORKED! I've tried every sinus medication out there, it seems, that's OTC, and nothing worked for my symptoms until Mucinex. I didn't feel 100% better, but it was a close 90%! If you have some in your local pharmacy, I would recommend it. It lasts all day long (12 hours).
