Can You Please Suggest New Songs That I Can Put In My MP4 Player? :-)

Hi there.. :) sorry for the music lovers out there but i'm not really into music these days because i find them lame and i would much prefer older songs (rnb songs from joe, boyz2men) because for me they are more pleasing in my ears.. but i really wanted to be updated with new songs sadly i don't know what's new and hot these days.. any suggestion that you think might help?? preferable genre under alternative rock and rnb thanks :)
