How do I post banners

I tried to post a banner to a PTC Site. Problem is, I don't know what TARGET URL means. What am I supposed to put there? Some help please. Thanks much.

Target URL is where you want your visitor should go ..there are many pages of a particular site..the main page,the payment proof page,the benefits and features page,the sign up page so you can type the url of the page you want your visitor to go..to get best results.And i hope you know the banner file url..i think this helps if not you can demand more :)

I too have been facing problems about this fact. I too don't know waht target URL is. But I don't know how to get that banner. Do we have to create it ourselves or how?
