I will like to check if any of you have problems opening myLot. When I tried to open using Mozilla Firefox, the error message keep on coming up: Runtime Error Server Error in '/' Application However, when I tried to open in Internet Explorer, I was able to open myLot. However, I have problems going into the different interest discussion page. For example, I tried to go into the "myLot" interest folder, but it comes up as a blank page. Have someone experiences this too?

Yes, thank you for all your kind support in these. The problem is partially because of my browser, and it was solved by just clearing the cookies and cache. I was feeling quite frustrated about the error coming up after refreshing the screen lots of time, thus the posting of this discussion to check with fellow mylotters. I do appreciate all the responses given. The problem is now solved, and myLot had been back to normal after the update was done.

Mylot was updating their site last night and it was not accessible for the whole of last night (our time). But today it has come back with the announcement of the new task.

It does that from time to time after it goes to the "mylot is down for service upgrades" page. Just give it a few minutes. As for the whole interest thing, it's doing that for me but I don't know exactly why, I'm sure mylot will fix it soon. Until then, enjoy the parts of the site that are reachable!

Oh, is that so? This is the first time I have encountered this problem since I join myLot in early May. I was just wondering if the rest have the same problem as me, or is it just me who is having problems with myLot. Thus, I had posted this discussion. Thank you for your response.

That's good it's working for you now. Maybe try scanning your comp for spyware/malware also, to be sure that wasn't part of the problem.

Yes, they had returned back to normal now. I guess it's because of the maintenance and update of the website. Happy mylotting to you too...

I'm using Firefox and everything is OK at the moment. There was a problem earlier today, though, when an error message kept appearing saying that the site was down for routine maintenance. I haven't seen the error message you've been finding, so all I would advise is to keep trying different browsers until the problem has been sorted out.

Thank you for your response. I had just tried to clear all the cookies and cache in Mozilla Firefox, after seeing your comments. Now, I can open myLot in Mozilla Firefox. I did see the error message on the site being down for routine maintenance earlier. However, I was later able to open myLot for a while. When I went back to myLot around 10 minutes later, this runtime error keep on popping up. However, it can open up in IE. I do have problem opening up the individual interest page. Do you have this problem?

I was having the same problem. This is the first time I was able to get on in since this morning. At first the topics didn't want to show up but I kept hitting the refresh button, and now through mozilla it works. I never tried Internet Explorer, that one in itself keeps messing up my computer. Mozilla is way better.

Does anyone has this problem with myLot. Whenever I open the website the first thing I see are some offers. Sometimes I am not even able to go to other pages. What do you think what is the solution. Also sometimes it is slow. I am not complaining as there may be something wrong with my pc. Has anyone faced the same problem?
