I'm wiccan, my great grandmother was a median and read tea leaves, and I've had very specific readings with someone I completely trust and they have come true. I think it's like ghosts, spirits, or deities/gods, you have to believe for them to be true (to you at least). But on the specifics - I've paid $55 for an hour and like I said - she told me I was having a baby in December years before I got pregnant and drew a description of my husband before I even met him. I'm happy with her. The trick is to try to keep a straight face - the "fakes" do what is called a "cold reading" which is just a guessing game. Like - I see a relative that passed away with the initials of M .. perhaps J ... (2 common initials for names ... Mary or John) and people really get swept into it. If they are they accurate - you'll feel it - the hairs on your arms stand up, and you just know it.

I had my fortune told before. I seen a woman, she was a tea leaf reader. I told her before she started that if someone is going to die, I didn't want her to tell me. I was impressed with what she had to say. She was right on most things. I always believed in fortune tellers but before that day, I had a lot of questions about them. I still don't understand how they do it or if it is a gift they are born with. Many people tell me that it is fake but she sure knew a lot about me and my life. I am not sure how much I paid for it, it was about 2 years ago now. I think it was worth my money. I want to go back again soon and see what else my life has in store for me. Just the look on her face was priceless!! As she was telling me things she almost looked scared. I think you have to believe it for it to actually work, if you don't believe then you will try to make you life turn in a different direction just to prove it wrong.

I have never been to any. I do believe in a lot of that kind of stuff. Im not totally sure how it all works, but I do believe there are some things that some people are tuned into that others arent. One good example is ghosts. I am certain that they exist. Some people would think I am crazy. I have seen them, so there is nothing you can do to convince me that they dont. I know other people that are even more in tune with ghosts than I am. There are some people who arent in tune at all. Anything is possible. So I dont go to fortune tellers because I am afraid of what they will tell me!
