So, have you ever seen anyone sleep with his/her eyes open? A friend of mine does that. It was on a spring break trip to Miami, Florida. We were on the same hotel room. He slept with his eyes open, and snorting. I thought he was dead or something. It was so weird to me.

I've seen it a lot.. It's my hubby! he always sleeps with his eyes open. He's been doing that even long before we're married. At first I was surprised, but later I can get used to it. My hubby always says, though, that people sleeping with their eyes open are the ones who care a lot to other people, especially their families, parents, siblings, relatives. It's true, I guess, for he's a loving and caring person, especially to his siblings...

Yes. I was staying with a friend of mine for awhile which gave me opportunity to see him sleep sometimes. One time he fell asleep on the couch while we were hanging out (what a lively get-together that must sound like) even though we had another friend over. He was reclining and had obviously been tired, but I didn't think he'd fall asleep like that. At first we thought he was just tired and maybe tuning us out, but it became obvious that he was literally asleep with his eyes open. We were a little freaked out by it, but more annoyed that he would just fall asleep on us like that. I witnessed it a few times when I stayed with him.

Yeah, I have seen so many peoples sleeping with their eyes open. Though i don't know how is it possible but it is perfectly possible. I remember one incident. When I was child, we went to school trip, a guy who was next to my was snoring, but eyes were open. So i thought he is playing a prank on me. So I tried to wake him up but realized he is sleeping deeply. That is the first time I came to know that people can sleep with their eyes open.

I've seen my friend doing that once. We were in class during secondary school and the lesson was boring. I already become drowsy but he's already sleeping. I didn't even noticed due to his eyes that still wide open and look straight to the teacher. Still, he was busted. The teacher kept calling his name to answer question on board but he didn't respond. She even stand in front of my friend but he didn't woke up. In the end, she had to pinched him to wake him up.

I think my dad used to sleep like that, not sure how, and I think I may have done so in the past. It's kind of a weird thing I admit, but I think those that do that sleep lighter as well.

No, I haven't seen it in my life and can't believe that someone can sleep with his eyes open, I mean how can one do that. I have seen people sleeping with half his/her eyes open but not fully.
