do they still have the abortion pill availible?

the reason im asking is that i heard it came out (of course) and then i heard of some people dying from taking the pill and that was the last i heard.. i mean i NEVER hear of anyone getting an abortion that way.. never hear of the clinics offering it.. and the clinics i heard having it as an option always seems to put "at select locations" then never saying where like maybe they really dont have it at all.. did they stop making it or are really picky with offering it? is it really as dangerous as they made it out to be or was that just to scare people from using it? or am i living under a rock?? lol..
