Double-Chin.. How to get rid of it?!!

For the past few days, I have been at home only due to some reason. I have been doing nothing much that eating and sleeping a lot! Yesterday I weighted myself and was shocked to see an increase of about 5Kg. When I clicked a photograph of mine, I was shocked to see a double chin !! Now I am ready to do anything to get rid of this. Any help will be appreciated a lot! Thanks in advance .

Hi, I just read a couple of your responses to people, and you seem very educated technically. :o) That's great, though it means that you must be on the computer and/or working most of the day (so credit yourself at least wee bit, instead of categorizing it as "eating and sleeping" so much). :o) Anyway, that's how I found this posting. Do you have an affordable local gym? If you are very much into doing business, reading up, writing/typing things, perhaps you can even do some of that while on a cadio machine like a sit down bicycle, where you can hold a laptop or a mini computer. Go on short walks between computer sessions at home (or buy and put some aerobic machines near your office). Start eating more healthy foods. Take it a step at a time.
