Are you a vegetarian? How do you think about vegetarianism? Is it helpful or harmful to your health?Do you like a person who is a vegetairan or you don't care about it? Now, let me tell you my opinion.I am a vegetarian,it is no matter about religions,i am an irreligious man.why i don't eat meet?Because I don't like meet, they are so greasy,I like light food.It makes me vomitory when i eat red meet. But i don't like any white meet except fish either.Beside fish,i like eggs ,milk and other milk food,etc.. What's the most different i feel is that i seldom fall ill.I get a cold once a year only and i can recover from rheum in two or three days without medicines. I think vegetarianism is good for your health,I never heard a herbivore died because it don't eat meet.

I've been a vegetarian for about nine years. I would like to become a vegan, but I'm a little too addicted to my dairy. I don't particularly like red meat and I've always hated most seafood but my reason for vegetarianism is more ethical than a matter of taste or even health. I don't feel right eating an animal that was raised and slaughtered purely to be eaten, when it is not 100% necessary for people to eat meat. For the same reason I don't wear fur or leather, though avoiding leather products is more difficult than it sounds.
