Do you do yoga every day?

Recently, I do yoga every night with my roomates.One of them said she became thinner than before because of the yoga!Now i feel motived to do it every day! So,and you?do you do yoga?or sometimes?

I would like to start doing yoga more. I know a few moves and have only done them a few times. I prefer to run, but will soon try to do yoga 50/50 of my workout time. Much better on my joints!

No, I don’t do yoga everyday but it’s a very good practice you all have begun. Yoga means ‘connection’ it’s the connection between the body and the mind and a comprehensive exercise regimen which not only refreshes your body but rejuvenates your mind too. You should continue it as long as possible.

Yes,I can feel it rejuvenate my body from the inner. Although some motions of the yoga is difficult to do, I just tell myself to keep on,keep on for more seconds!

You can learn it from the basic motions,because the yoga is really emphasizes the toughness of the dody.If you eager for quick success and instant benifit,you'll get hurt.That's the worst thing.So,come on!

I did yoga only once. A teacher tought me how to do it. Now, I have never done it. Because most of friends dance and jog everyday. So, I have been assimilated by them. I think doing yoga is very good for your health. I hope you can insist on doing it.

A good friend of mine does yoga regularly. She loves it! It really helps her to relieve stress and it is great exercise! I used to do yoga 2 times per week. But now, I dont go to that gym anymore. I really enjoyed it. I also thought it was helping me to tone my muscles. I have been looking for a yoga class to join because I would like to do it again. But they are all so expensive! I wish I knew enough of the positions that I could do it on my own. But I am afraid that I will do them wrong if I use a book. I dont want to hurt myself doing it!

You can download some videos from the internet or buy DVD about the yoga.The teacher in it will tell you the detailed motions and explain some particular specifics to you. I do it at home in this way!It's very useful!
