I am very confused with this site. Some would say that they have been paid by one dollar ptc while some say that they were scammed.
Has anyone ever paid with this site? Or is it just another scam?

It is a scam site. That site is not sustainable.
Just stay away from that site. It will just waste your time and money.
Their are still many site out their that pays.
