Do you think online article writer is a nice and trustful parttime job?

Recently I was found a parttime job as online article writer. Just create an article with minimum 400 words and free topic to choose as given the restriction on some regulations. It can earn from RM3 per article and up to RM15 per article in Malaysia. However, because of some problem in the company site, it is not work now. I wish to know do you feel it is trustful? Who ever did it before? Can lead me? And who is malaysian here? Can give me some help if u noe where to appy this kind of job? I wish to earn extra pocket money as my expenses when I am in outstation.
