What is the different between boys and men?

I never don't know the different between. Yesterday when I talked with a colleague,he said me "you are lazy and your office always got a mess." Then I sait with a smile,"yeah,maybe in the future I will look for a boy who like to clean house." Then,the colleague said,"Oh,no,you should lood for a man not a boy." Yes, I think he is right. But I am clear the different between between boys and men.Who can say something about this?

in my opinion boy - immature, childish and undependable etc man- matured thinking, responsible etc

People often say " the mental age of women is always bigger than that of men." It means that at the same age, women are always mature than men.In the other hand,men are less emotion than women.So nowadays women can not reply on men and should know how to pretect themselves. And the society more or less gives women chance to work and independent. Nowadays in our country, many elder men(30-40 year old)like to find pretty young girls. That means the men will be 10-20 older than the girls.Do you think it is the mature behavior?

Hmm..i think thats natural for guys..we do like younger mate than older one.. but if the age differents is too far..i think that is just because that guy is a paedophilic person...

well, a gud question.... in my country, we call him men, when he starts earning.... when a boy crosses his teen age he is to be called as men, oops!!!!!!im a boy of 19... happy to respond ..happy mylotting....

Hey, Well I think that the difference between boys and men are that men actually look like men, but for some reason boys are the ones that just look like boys. It is hard to call a fully grown man a boy, it just doesn't sound right. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!
