why is salad good for you

A lot of people dont like salad, but salad is very good for you. it offer a range of nutrients and vitamins that are essential for the wellbeing of your body and health, some of these inclued vitamin C, E and carotene. There are many kind of salad you can make lettuce, tomato and cucumber, you can include potatoes, nuts and pasta in your salad. these combinations are very delicious. You can never ge enought of it when it is properly prepared.

I like to have the salad as unique dish so many times because in it I can use my fantasy and to include so many types of cheese cut to dic,dice of ham or eggs,or salmon,olives,so it is a different dish every day and it is also very beautiful to be seen after having prepared it!

i include salad in my daily food (lunch, dinner) or sometime anywhere between lunch and dinner. i do take it as i know they've got essential nutrients which are very much required by our body. Now a days where nothing is natural i mean max. items are artifical or frozen, we should eat salads.
