sit up can reduce tummy fat!

Is that true that doing sit up every morning can reduce my tummy fat?

I'm not too sure if doing sit-up every morning can reduce tummy fat. Doing sit-up, however, is a kind of exercise. I believe doing some exercise every morning should be good for the health.

It will help you loose weight. However it is impossible to just lose weight in one area, your body just doesnt work that way. However if you do this you will see results in all areas of your body which will in turn make you lose some in your belly area. I hope this isnt too confusing lol. I just lost 30 pounds, so if you need any tips let me know. I have read many diet articles in the last three months.

I'm not sure whether doing sit up every morning will reduce tummy fat or not. But I think it will help a little with proper diet and healthy lifestyle.
