Wings Win!

I didn't get to see this game unfortunately because I had to work but the goal stands. I've heard so many Ducks fans complain about the game winning goal but the fact of the matter is, it's a good goal. When the puck goes into the crease like that it's equal opportunity for both the player and the goaltender. The Wings player worked harder for the puck and was rewarded for his efforts. Hiller did all he could but in the end the Ducks were beat by a better team. Like Pittsburgh, this is a team that's been to the big dance before and knows what it takes to win. It came crunch time and the Wings turned it up a notch. I'm looking forward to the original six match-up as the old-school Wings take on the young, up and coming, though trying to prove they're the present, Blackhawks.

I saw the game and the Wings were the better team almost the whole game. The Ducks had their moments and scored two goals but the Wings scored four and are advancing to the next round. The Wings have a good chance to repeat as champions of hockey again. Right now, I am watching Carolina and Boston. It looks like their Game 7 will be going into overtime, just unbelievable.
