Seldom I am able to think before I talk, due to work environments needed you to act fast. It is unavoidable to talk without thinking and in the end, screwed up the whole plan. However, when comes to the critical moment such as decision making, it is time to think before talk and act.

Welcome to myLot, Newbie! Too often, I speak without thinking at all, and then I'm sometimes sorry about what I said. I guess I'm just human!

I think several times before I talk. There are times when I don't think at all. It depends on the person, on the occasion or the conversations. I know the odds of thinking before leaping...I use euphemism a lot too. It sort of helped me when it comes to conversations. It's not very direct but it's at least honest.

It depends. If it is just casual talking with friends, I would say I seldom think before saying. And sometimes I don't really realize that I have said something at all. But then if it is in a serious situation such as giving out a talk, having meeting with the big boss, I will think... very deeply and may even practice the wordings in my brain first before spitting out a single word.

frankly, in my opinion, it's better to think before you talk, but i used to talk before i think, and that's bad... like in working, at all times, you should think first before asking your senior as they might think you're too dependable...and that feels bad...=/ So i'll try to learn how to think first before you talk but i know it's hard... to learn to be more mature, you have to think properly before you talk...as asking silly questions are bad... however, there are times where we're having fun and talking crap, then it's ok to talk first instead to have a good laugh... =)
