Tomatos and Ketchup

Ok. This is my first discussion, so I hope I do well. I have this thing where I like ketchup and not tomatoes. I just wanted to know your opinion if you liked tomatoes and ketchup, neither, ketchup but not tomatoes, or tomatoes but not ketchup.

Actually, I love tomatoes better than ketchup. However, ketchup is nothing more than squished cooked tomatoes that has sugar added to it. It's the same as spaghetti sauce and pizza sauce... they are all made out of tomatoes. I can understand how someone might not like raw tomatoes, but when they are cooked and added to ketchup or another type of tomatoe sauce, they really don't have a flavor to them, because the added sugar overrides it. So to me, if you get a plate of spaghetti or a pizza that has small bits of tomatoes in the sauce, there is no change to the flavor then if they were completely strained out.

Yeah, but for those that can't stand looking at a tomato, there is no chance of building an immunity to the tomato raw or cooked. Thanks for the response, though.
