Is Asuka Kazama related to Jin Kazama?

Okay, this is for the people who've played Tekken before. I did not put this on the Tekken section because I'm very certain that no one would respond to my question there as the last response there was about one month ago already. Please pardon me if I'm wrong. So there. My question is, is Asuka Kazama in any way related to Jin Kazama? We all know that they have the same surname, but are they really related to each other? To be honest, I don't really know and this question has been puzzling me for some years now. I know Jun is Jin's mother but how about Asuka? I've been playing this game since 19th century now but I still don't know all about them. Please pardon me for my ignorance. Thanks to those who will respond and happy myLotting to everyone!
