So does google only send paychecks to the recently married?

I'm sure a lot of us have seen this ad before, the one where it shows a google paycheck and on the side it tells a story about a guy or girl who was recently married and is making a lot of money through google? I wonder if google knows about this, if they did I doubt they'd like it. I don't know if it's actually google, or if it's actually real, but I know I won't be participating in this system. So have you come across an ad that seems to be the same story just a different face?
